    We have one Japanese style 210 mm Gyuto with beautiful handle for sale.

    Blade material: UDDEHOLM ELMAX PM; 61 - 62 HRc with DCT
    Blade length: 210 mm
    Blade width: 50.5 mm
    Blade thickness at the heel: 2.54 mm
    Blade grind: Full-flat for maximum performance with very fine satin finish
    Blade features: rounded spine and rounded finger choil
    Handle materials: Juma Laguna Dragon, Stabilized yellow Poplar burl, black micarta and polished stainless steel inserts
    Handle type: Oval

    Wow, that's very unique! I usually don't like the acrylic handles, but that's very cool, as is the saya. Fine work!

    Thank you! Though we are not sure that Juma si (purely) Acrylic as the maker doesn't state it is, it's very pleasant material to hold in the hand, we can say that for sure!

    Saya is made of birch plywood.
