    Pics don't do this justice. This is the best fish and chips I've ever had . This place uses Alaskan Halibut and its so good!

    Dinner tonight: DeBragga steaks (a strip and a ribeye), garlic/cumin asparagus, and air fired tatter tots.

    Tonight’s dinner, hickory smoked ribs (beef and pork) and a chicken...

    Not bad for my first time smoking anything ever. :)

    Thank you, Xr6x. I like to cook in general and I did a lot of reading about the smoker before hand. There’s a lot of good advice online about flavor profiles and using different wood types. Today I used applewood.
