Beef stew tonight. This Old Hickory will make quick work of trimming and chunking the chuck roast for the pot.
would this work in the oven instead of the smoker? I know not as tasty, yet...
Oh yeah, you could do it hot and fast or low and slow, anyway you’d like. Could do it in a crock pot too.
But there’s nothing like slow and low, after anything over 3 hours it just melts in your mouth.
