    There's supposed to be taters but left them in the car overnight and they didn't survive the temps. Had some spinach in my eggs the next day to compensate. :D

    Does anyone have a pic of some burnt ends BBQ? Why do they taste so good? Mynfs,ily was in s restaurant a few years ago and that was in the menu......so good!!!

    Lucille's has great burnt ends, I prefer the whole St Louis rack personally...

    We went to Lucille's for the company Christmas party year before last...crazy amount of awesome BBQ :D

    Real Steel Metamorph fixed doing the dirty work.
    Needed reprofiling to make it a slicer but does the job nicely now.
    Mummert clip on the kydex holds securely in my boot for all of my tactical steak knife needs.;)

    Working on some leftovers from the prime rib roast on Saturday.
    French dip with muenster and provolone.
    With a sandwich like this I only eat once a day so threw some spinach in to round it out a little. ;)
