    Yup, a Basic 4 in Dendritic 440C. I gave it a full flat regrind to about 1/8" at the spine...most used knife in the kitchen.

    I have a Basic 2 and 3. The 2 has the dragon etch. I use them both in the kitchen too. If you don't have a folder, give them a try. He's a favorite of mine.

    I’ve done it a few times since then with leftovers this week. I like it. I didn’t do jalapeños tho. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, raspberry and cream cheese

    Sirloin Burgers from Costco With some seasoning grilled onion with American cheese and tomatoes from the garden . Nothing special but my son and nephew enjoy eating them .

    @miltmaldo the pics looked like the burgers had an egg cooked inside it. Now I've got to figure out a way to poach an egg inside of a burger!!!

    I really like that idea! I've got to try that next burger time. It's the beer can burger concept I assume?
