In for one.
Waiting pre order
Interesting - the DEK handle is great, I hope the slight thickness increase doesn’t make it feel too “round” in hand. Either way very interested to see where this design ends up! I’m sure it will be a winner!
I'm interested in how this concept is realized.
You definately have a good eye for knife design driven by purpose.
Dare I say it? I may pass on this one. I feel like the DEK1 is plenty robust for my needs. Now a different blade shape...cough wharnie cough...would make it a NEED, but I’ll probably, maybe wait for the DEK3. Maybe!
guess i'm with Burton Knut, though i could be wrong!if grip/handle stays the same and blade is wider and thicker this could bring the knife out of balance.maybe the DEK3 is a better option?must say the DEK1 is a piece of art,a superb knife!
I’m looking forward to seeing your fat DEK, and I’ll definitely want to grab one!
Sure why not
I’ll be honest, when I saw DEK2 I was hoping it was going to be a sweet wharnie. Not disappointed with what Lorien is doing for the DEK2, but a wharnie DEK3 (or 4 or 5) would be niiice.
I take it you already have a concept for the DEK3 and where it will fit into the lineup?
Great intro Lorien, subscribed!
yes. All three were conceived almost simultaneously
Thanks all for the props!
Plus 1 for the DEK2 and DEK3!!
I think someone expressed concern about the handle feeling 'too round' or something like that, with the additional steel thickness. As far as I can tell at this point, the additional material does not detract in any way that I can discern
I like it !!!!!!
Lorien will the scales be textured like the DEK1's? I LOVE the handles of the DEK1.
Where’s the pic at?...
Already in love... what a tank!
