It's rainy today with a touch of flurries. I like to carry something corrosion resistant so I still have a great knife for slicing but I don't have to worry about getting soaked. This little Spyderco is winding up in my pocket more and more.

Brother Paul, not sure I approve at how clean and uncarried that Insingo looks! LOL

Mine's got a little mileage on it by now, as you saw!

Ha! My friend, you are correct, she has led a leisurely life as traditional slip joints for the most part dominate daily carry. However the ongoing evolution of this knife hobby has me back into larger more contemporary folders of late. Hey, she sure is pretty though:D

Bark River makes some very nice knives, I have my eye on two right now and can’t decide just yet. They are located just a hop-skip-and a jump away, but only open to the public a couple times a year, it’s probably for the best, just too much eye candy there. Your Ironwood looks beautiful, it’s going to age so nicely. You received a real winner there.

Interestingly enough, my own evolution has swung the opposite way! We've essentially passed each other in the hallway! :D

Thanks my friend ! Very happy with everything about it. It’s a Fox River Feather weight with CPM 3V Blade steel. Perfect size for Urban carry yet fits my hand nicely and small enough to slide in my pocket if I don’t want to belt carry to be more discrete . It’s very thin behind the edge and a great slicer. The only problem with it is now I want more lol. My favorite is is the Bravo LT but it’s a little big for a EDC unless your in a more rural area still my fav no doubt.
Love the nice beefy well made sheath to

I broke down and received a mail call yesterday. The knife itself is really nice with an absolutely perfect action, I can’t find any faults at all. I’m very happy with the new to me color of the scales, very eye catching IMO. It’s so light weight compared to my other autos I carry, I don’t even feel it in my pocket.

Today, another GEC #25-- a stainless sheepsfoot EO in grape jigged-bone. Also rocking an Al Mar Eagle Ultralight just because.

The weather's iffy here today with broken rain showers nearby passing from west to east, fog, and intermittent sun. It's good day to stay around the house and maybe fix the shutoff for the kitchen sink hot side. It's also a good day to carry the RDD again, though I'll set it aside if I'm doing that light plumbing job and go with a regular work user messing around under the sink. It's wicked warm out on this first day of spring and I had enough good light for a few pics out on the last old, unsplit wood pile.
