I made a little noise yesterday about sticking with my M390 Skinny No-Choil Slicer again today, but on this dual Titanium Twenty CV Tuesday I jumped over to my Skinny Sheepsfoot which is also just a super match for the gloriously red leaves that sadly almost all fell off our Japanese Maple in the last 24 hrs.
Perfect fire pit weather and it’s finally Chestnut season (they are in the aluminum foil) and the mini loco scored them for roasting.
I didn't realize that there was another Northwoods (aside from the Heritage Jack) that came in red sawcut - very nice, by the way. The Northwoods Archive on the KSF site isn't particularly comprehensive. One like yours is going to be a hard one for me to track down. Still rocking the Stag #74 today.
Thank you. I have the same affinity for the material that I recall you share. It's funny, this example was a replacement for a bloodwood version that was snagged by a USPS employee. Turns out, it has come to be one of my favorite traditionals.
Hope all my Blade Brothers and Sisters had a nice Monday to ease them into the week. Figured why I was shooting pics I post Tuesday’s carry. Ad10 again but switched out the Delica m390 to the k390. Just spinning some vinyl and what a great recording !! Cheers !
