I know I have to look back in the thread, but I would love to see some Gaucho knives in action. Or to be really cool would be seeing gauchos or cowboys using Gauchos. But hey, I will settle for any gaucho use pics.

Maybe the coals died down, I know I would not place my WOOD handle knife that close to the fire. Looks like some good potatoes wrapped in foil, now we are talking. Butter and onions, etc......oh my!!!!
