Damasteel and Paua shell laminate. First time I've worked with Paua shell:

Sorry for the late reply, Tim. Went camping and just returned home. I'm not sure about the age of the Rooster knife. I bought it from another collector a few years ago and I believe he informed me of its manufacture date at the time, but l can't remember of course.
