My first integral knife was a Spyderco/Peter Rassenty collaboration, and as you can see my integral knife collection has grown.

    Let's see what you got!

image.jpeg This handle has 4 layers, but it's all one piece of metal. It is 3-D printed using a laser and Titanium microspherules. It is called the LionSteel Ti Dust. The lettering on the bearing housing inside the cage is also 3-D'ed.

IMG_20200216_192223.jpg This is the only one I currently own. In between Dragonfly 2's right now.
I used to have a few Lionsteels here and there before. I think integrals are a pretty cool concept, in folders and fixed blade alike.

Is your numbering from the left to right. or right to left?

I found a few more integrals in my collection.

I've had four integrals--all lionSTEELS--and have but one left. I liked them all, but they didn't really get any carry or use so I moved the SR's to help fund other knife purchases. The SR1G was the first in and the second to go.

I bought the SR11 in aluminum to try the flipper model. It was the last of the three I moved.

I picked up the SR2A to try the smaller knife, but between its slick finish and my arthritic hands I found it a very bad fit. Third in, first gone.

I still have my TiSpine in Chad Nichols Fade Damascus. It's a beautiful knife, but a it's also a drawer queen and it's on the Exchange as I'm working to move away from most knives I don't carry and use.

I think I'm generally over integrals. It's an interesting novelty, but it doesn't add any real advantage and comes at the cost of being a bit fiddly and annoying to work on in some cases.

This little fingerprint magnet is a regular in my rotation and it's going nowhere, though:

I don't take pictures of it often because it's so shiny and shows every spot you've touched it, but after working out a little initial lock stick the thing has been entirely lovable. It looks great, carries great and it works fine as a knife.

I have a LionSteel SR1 and Nirvana already pictured above.

The LionSteel is a "best buy" suitable for any use.

The Nirvana certainly is not but that's not why you'd buy a knife like that. I consider it a piece of art that will always be a safe queen in my collection.
