I’m sure they’re grouping certain finishes together but I’ve already seen folks get the comp finish! Must not of made the first cut
Their site says orders are fulfilled in the order they are received...well looks like I got screwed.
Those dirty rats knew old moon would slice some 'maters.
It is just probably the luck of the draw on handle material - you'll have yours in hand very soon I predict and I look forward to your "in use" pictures!
Whoa whoa whoa there big boy - nobody is getting screwed here. You'll get a beauty of a knife in due time.
Busse isn't Amazon Prime.
I know, appreciate the positive vide bro!
It's all positive when you know a Mega Ratweiler is coming your way!!
Heavy as my ex mother in laws right ass cheek.
This implies that a forklift would be needed to complete liftoff.
damn mine was supposed to be delivered Friday, now it's delayed because of the shit ugh, maybe 2 weeks (is Busse running the post office LOL)
Canada customs has been sitting on mine over a week now, but even Amazon has been missing delivery dates so who knows what happens now.
Those of you who have received there MEGA Ratweiler can you post some pics and describe in your own words how the grind feels to you.
It is a beauty of a grind, and I was really amazed at how thin behind the edge the blade is.
I sliced some fresh, ripe roma tomato a few days back and posted earlier in this thread.
This is one of my favorite big knives now, it is just a beauty and very nice to just fondle, the edges are melted (nuked?) very nicely.
got mine Monday , the grind is awesome ,,and she's a beast and a keeper, she weighs in at 565 grams with canvas handle I tried to get shots of the grind ,,I wear a lg glove and the handle is perfect ,,I love the thickness of her in the hand ,,she just a bad ass Rat ,,maybe the baddest to date .
I got mine today. What a beauty! This grind is very cool. I think it starts as a hollow grind in the slicing section, then goes to a flat grind in the chopping sweet spot, and becomes convex at the curve to the tip. The swamp comp is very nice! The machining marks look great and will hide scratches nicely. I love the Logo! I took a hike as soon as I got the shop grease cleaned off her. Here are the pics. Enjoy!
This thing is a beast of a chopper!
I’ll be grilling burgers tonight, so the tomato slice will have to wait till then.
One person before said he weight 750 gram how it's possible you have 200 gram less?
DIGITAL SCALES suck rechecked mine ,,you get a different reading depending where i put it ,, we need a good old fashion triple beam to weigh her in ,,
It looks awsome. however, I have to wait for mine as all postal services have stopped their activities in my country due to this corona disease.
Might have to do with the sheaths
here is mine, arrived today. Last pic is compared to TGULB
For those of you hoping for paper thin tomato slices....

I am impressed by this things slicing ability. Very Nice!
