I noticed the Osprey has a unique pivot pin with five holes milled into the face of it. It would appear that a special tool is required to adjust blade tension or disassemble it. Is this tool something that Delta Z sells, or might you have information where I could get one?

A small tool is supplied with the high-end Ospreys, however for the others we recommend just using the tip of a pair of needle nose pliers to rotate the pivot screw. This is quite easy and you probably have the tool already in your tool box.
