Wow, I don’t even know what to say..RIP brother.
Truly a big loss, hope to see you in the next life Matt. Rip.
I can't believe it, that's very sad to hear. He seemed like a real good guy. I'll miss seeing his posts here on the forum. He was a member here for almost 20 years.
I was a fan- there is tragedy damn near everywhere- really loved his watership down tat. My best wishes for his family.
So sorry to hear this. He was a great guy, and the forum won't be quite the same without him.
Vaya con Dios CM.
We coincidentally got clean at the same time and although they were few and far between, we shared sober thoughts and laughs with each other on IG and BF. I've never met someone with such a damn refined sense of humour. Dude will always be a BAMF in my eyes.
Rest easy bro.
Rest in Peace CM.
Someone should inform his family, if possible, of this thread and direct them to it so they can share in the love we all had for him. I think they may enjoy reading the stories and seeing how truly respected he was amongst his knife brothers.
Wow I'm so sorry to here this news. Matt was one of the first guys that caught my attention with his humor and craftsmanship when I started hanging out here. It's a sad day for the knife community and he will be missed on the BF for his sense of humor for sure. Thank your for your service and rest in piece sir
Hard to believe. RIP Brother.
“Stay armed, stay alert, stay alive, hooah”
Wow, very sad news. I always enjoyed his posts. Our community is poorer for it
Always liked reading his stuff here. Watched him go from someone modding knives to making them. Sometimes I might not of agreed with his comments, but they would make you think.
Till we form again fellow Screaming Eagle.
Sorry to learn of his passing...…… He will be missed...…..
Terrible news. Although I did not know him personally, I always enjoyed his postings and his pictures. RIP Charlie Mike.
The man had an unmistakable identity and embraced who he was. This is an admirable trait in a human and I highly respect him for it.
His knives kicked ass and so did his style.
Raised glass and a toast to you, your family, and friends.
Well damn it, I was hoping this was a case of internet running on rumor, not facts. Not looking that way.... I liked his irreverence and unique perspective that he wasn't afraid of sharing. RIP Charlie Mike
R.I.P. Always enjoyed his posts and seeing the evolution of his knife making skills.
Damn! RIP Brother you will be missed.
