What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

    Very nice, Gev, very nice. There's nothing like a well-used and well-loved Barlow. Even the bone has a character that enhances the whole look.

    Still the circa 1978-1982 Old Timer 7OT with 1095 carbon steel not "Schrade+" blade, and circa 1978-1986 Old Timer "Schrade +" 858.

    I'm beginning to suspect one reason I was able to carry the same two or three knives for consecutive years, is at least partly because I didn't have other knives crying to be carried.
    I think I'm going to change to a 110 or 2 blade slipjoint folding hunter, and a different stockman, on or after turkey day. All this crying coming from the armoire is getting on my nerves.
