you’re welcome! Looking forward to your reports! Btw, I took some very high grit paper to the spine of the pen blade to ease up its apex... it makes gripping the handle with the pen closed much more comfortable.
In a carbon fiber kind of mood this morning.
The restaurant at the Stockyards in town opened Monday so, we're headed there for lunch. They make a killer Chicken Fried Steak with white gravy and mashed potatoes. Anything can happen at the Stockyards so a heavy knife is appropriate for this excursion; therefore, this Buck 500 will be going along. No cattle auction today but they'll probably have one this Saturday although "virtual cattle sales" are becoming more prevalent these days.

Well, now I'm hungry! Great knife
Schrade Cutco and a Possum Skinner
Very cool file knife.
Great shot of your Hartshead, Jack; the Queen makes a very attractive partner, too!
Thank you, I am quite pleased with how it cane out.
Definitely my best work yet.
Today, a couple in black micarta. The Sowbelly is new and it’s a keeper!
My version of a "factory 2nd". I imagine this one'll be in my pocket a good long time. She takes down apples like nobody's buisness!
Thank you, Jack.
Thank you, Todd.
That looks too clean to be your knife... please fix it.
Absolutely love that knife.
Truthfully, it might be my favorite knife posted... ever.
Thank you @JohnDF I'm not sure its worthy of such high praise but I truly appreciate it. A few things went sideways in that build but I'm kinda glad they did because it makes a great knife for me. An easy choice to keep. The next ones will be better!
I'm carrying my Case Tribal Lock today.
Today's two thrifty 1930's totes, both from Hammer Brand/Imperial.
