Just one note FredyCro.....You read here often ......64 - 67 - 70.5 Rockwell blades.Knife with that hardness will not be my companion on my three-four day fishing trip in middle of nowhere ...No chance

Here is a knife that I just finished up. A little sheepsfoot in 1084.

Something different, a wooden cheese knife and storage/display stand for my girlfriend. She had a wooden spreader (knife-shaped but not beveled) that we used for cheese, but we lost it somehow... That just sped up my plan to make her a nice one.

Drinking a beer and cut all the pieces for a multipart hidden tang handle. Glued up without any hidden pins, so I have the feeling that I'll be cursing in the future when it delaminates from heat buildup during shaping.

I was worried about that, but it turned out really nice. One of my favorite knives that I have ever built.

I think it will be mostly used in Damascus prep, or hogging off material from huge knives. I got the motor in exchange for heat treat services for Kim.
