To me the Hatori Fighter style blade is the best looking blade ever made. I don't have one but here is the picture of the knife from someone else:
A Finnish puukko with hand-forged blade and a stacked birchbark handle.
Mine is neither hand-forged nor has it a birchbark grip (it's leather), but it's what I got (not my photo, obviously). The blade is 105 mm long, or 4-1/8".
As much as I hate what Sog has done with the company over the years their older bowie knives, and this Recon Bowie, in particular is/was very nice!
I share the same opinion. And few people here know nice when they see it (all three of them )
I can never say any one "best"; because there are so many awesome knives out there that appeal in so many ways.
But I've always been partial to the curves of the Blackjack Mamba!
I love the Izula 2. The way it looks and the way she handles.
I've always liked the form-follows-function school of thought. With that in mind I think some of Gayle Bradley's new fixies are just gorgeous.
Loveless drop point with stag scales.
i had to dig it out of the "pics of customized production knives" thread, courtesy of Seals.

It very hard to say "best looking" when there are some knives out there that are absolute works of art - and some of them in the thousands of dollars. So I'll humbly submit "the best looking knife that I own" - and the pics do NOT do it justice.
Certainly something with a stacked leather handle.
