I hunted for one and these and Jimmy Jones let go of one for me!
And that knife needs big tomatoes
I see what you did there ...
Awwwwman. Is that the 3/16? Or the super thin one?
That is not the thin one.
Ok. I'm a hog's hair less jealous. Not much though.
First time seeing one of those but I’ve always though that I would love to give my wife an INFI addition for the kitchen.
Although I can see the attraction to thin kitchen knives for cutting something like a carrot. My personal experience is that thin isn't a big deal. If I think about nice cuts in food prep I think Sushi. I have a nice Yanagiba and it sure as hell isn't thin; and it will make slices of something like cucumber that you can see through.
Gotta love Jimmy Jones. Salt of the earth with a heart of gold and a spine of steel.
Yep he helped me a lot with my Busse Basics cravings when I was hunting for a full set.
Man I wish those would re-release
My BAD takes care of any and all kitchen duties.
Old Jim let any more go?! Maybe I could trade him a boat load of Flavor-Aid for one........
Have a thick and a thin and I really love them. Just cut up some sashimi salmon a few nights ago with the thick.
Those were before your time. Did they come from the #13 vault?
I got them back in like 2002 when I first discovered Busse. Traded a shotgun for them from someone named Nick.
That .080 stock with sorcerer-level heat treat would give any kitchen knife a run for the money! I guess 62RC INFI (ala BAD) would be awesome as well, but....
Use my Battle Grade Mistress for Iron supplement.
